Where the hell is my order???? No communication you are just ****** quite.I still wonder why Makro still have Online Shopping while it’s failing everyday.you better learn a thing or two from Amazon and Takealot,I haven’t ordered from you in months thanks to Amazon very reliable and efficient unlike you that always disappoint even after bee given countless chances.I regret why I didn’t order from Amazon instead of Makro. OD***

Asanda Nika told me it will be sorted within 48 hrs and I gave Makro countless 48 hrs and still failing to refund me after you told me my order was cancelled.
Your agent even this morning are sending automated response after I made a follow up… I now have million ref useless numbers instead of getting my refund
I JUST WANT MY REFUND I DONT CARE ABOUT YOU IT DEPARTMENT AND THEIR INCOMPETENCY TO RESOLVE 2 WEEKS ISSUE.
