Most shocking service I've ever experienced. Ordered bicycle online 2 weeks ago. Was notified that it would be delivered on 2/12/24. Nobody can tell me where it is. "Courier not answering their phone"! No updates. No tracking number. Totally ignore messages, emails, phonecalls. At wit's end. I'm certain now they have lost my order. No response to refund request... Disgraceful
