Ongoing Delivery and Customer Service Issues

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the ongoing issues I have encountered with Makro Strubensvalley and the online support team. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation, I am still without any resolution or clear communication.

Last week Thursday, I was finally informed that the remaining items from my order would be delivered by Friday or Saturday at the latest. However, those items never arrived, and I have not received any further updates or explanations. Over the past few days, I have spent several hours attempting to get in touch via WhatsApp, phone calls, and even tried reaching Makro Strubensvalley directly. Regrettably, my efforts have been in vain as the landline goes unanswered, and no one has reached out to me with any updates.

This lack of response is incredibly frustrating, especially after being promised a resolution. The lack of communication and customer service is completely unacceptable, and I am left feeling ignored and dissatisfied.
