Ongoing Administrative Incompetence Affecting Service Delivery

I am extremely frustrated with the consistently poor service from Makro. I have updated my contact number on your website, yet this change is clearly being ignored.

As a result, every time a delivery is scheduled, the couriers are provided with my old number, cannot reach me, and the goods are simply returned. This is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious breakdown in your internal systems.

At this point, it feels like more trouble than it is worth to do business with you. If this issue cannot be resolved properly and permanently, I will have no choice but to take my business elsewhere.
