ONE MONTH AND STILL NO REFUND

Invoice MAK*** - Call *** - I ordered 2 Buitenverwachting Sauvignon Blanc (6 x 750 ml) on 12/12/24 - Only one box was delivered - My refund of R671.99 has not been received. I have queried this each week since then - Rose at the Polokwane branch has also tried to resolve this but it is now a month and no success
