ONE ITEM MISSING IN ORDER

I made on order at Makro for a quantity of two chargers and only one was delivered i immediately called them to let them know and every single time i have called them they claim to have escalated my case i have called 4 times in the space of one week !! No one ever gets back to me , upon the last call they claimed they don’t have the item in stock however when you look it is available ! I am sick of having two spend 20min on every call only to be told the same thing. No sense of accountability whatsoever! Sickening!!
