On line store disappointment

Purchased a gaming chair on line on 21 November 2024 , the promo said no collection at store they said delivery 28 November. I am still waiting, for a response if I don't call the call center I would not know what is going on with my order. If I want to cancel 24 days for refund at this rate will probably get my Xmas present before I get my order
