On line shopping - What a joke

I placed an order with Makro on line on the 30th November. It was confirmed delivery 5 to 7 days. Eventually after 3 call following up where my order was it was delivered on the 15th December. Half the order had not been included in the delivery and we had to send back a case of sprite as half of them were empty and leaking. I went to Struben Valley the following morning and found what was not delivered, so they could not have been out of stock. If they were at least a call to advise me of this. Before they even delivered I requested the call centre operator to get a supervisor to phone me so I can discuss this bad service... well I am still waiting!
