On-line ordering service is an absolute disgrace, and the people at the call centre take incompetence to a whole new level.

I have never experienced such continued incompetence in my entire life. Do yourself a favor and NEVER EVER use their online ordering service. Their online call centre is a disgrace, manned by people who are utterly clueless, and if you send them an e-mail, don't expect a response. I have spoken to 7 or 8 people already, and sent numerous e-mails to no avail. Anywhere else in the world this store would have had to shut down long ago. Pathetic.
