On going delivery delay without resolution
I have ordered a Couch from Makro Online on the 27-11-2024 delivery was expected on the 04-12-2025. I have been sending emails to follow up with my delivery but I still cannot get hold of my order. Its been 10 days I keep on getting emails apologizing but still my order is still not delivered.
