The most *********** online shopping experience in the world. There is no interaction on your order. You cannot communicate with anyone on the progress of your order, no reply from the email address supp**** and not a competent operator in the call center, if you eventually do get answered. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager when the operator could not assist, I was told that no one is available and I am still none the wiser as to the progress of my order. The incompetence continues and so do the job loses.......

29 Jan 2020, 12:20Well done Makro on keeping your incompetence at the highest level possible. My order was delivered today, but incomplete. I ordered 2 of the same item and only 1 was delivered. Surely there must be some sort of intelligence within this group.
