Oder not delivered vMery poor service

I am highly disappointed with Makro's online delivery and their call center I made a online purchase on 22.11.23 and till date I have not received my order whenever I call them they tell my query has been escalated, the last time I called then was on Tuesday (28.11.2023) I spoke to a supervisor by the name of Gustav who told me that the system shows that my order would be delivered the following day but till date m still waiting for my microwave I WANT MY REFUND Makro has proved to be *************!!!!
