Worst experience ever, still waiting for refund from August order today and no one seem to care, Between Polokwane and Alberton i need to call frequently. Went to Alberton and waited for the pathetic refund for 2 hours and it was never processed even today

I need to know if Makro will reimburse me on my endless telephone calls, Petrol to Alberton to stand there for almost 2hours and missing my important daily engagements ? The level of I DONT CARE from your shops is overwhelming this order is over 2months and I am still fighting with you to get less than R300 refund ? Thats pathetic

Up to today as of 06 Nov 2025 I havent received any feedback and my money has not been refunded as yet Makro has go a terrible customer service and total disregard to assisting clients

I did receive and completed with supporting documents needed still waiting up to now nothing was done . What is left is my refund to be processed thats all Makro and you have been dragging this from sep now is November how many calls and emails is needed for you to wake up
