now they dont have it

So this is what happened two days ago i ordered and paid Via the online a TOTEM<br> 29er Race Pro Mountain Bike that is in stock on the website with Silver Lakes to go to Centurion Makro i already paid for the thing yesterday i phoned 5 times and on the fifth time the woman said my bike will be at the shop for collection tomorrow anytime so i phoned them again this morning now i am told there is no stock any ware i don't want a refund this is fault on there side i want a bike with the same specs as the one i already paid for.They said it will be ready today for collection so this is there fault i want a bicycle today!!!!
