Nov 2020 purchase not Delivered 30 Jan 2021 don’t even know when it will be fulfilled

Very poor service from Makro!!! I bought online in November it was still Black Friday special. It is now almost 70 days which is way more than their claimed 40 days expected delivery. I now have made 10 calls to their useless call center with no help it’s really disappointing that I paid for something that I still haven’t received and I don’t even know when I will receive it. I keep on spending even more money calling the useless call center which is also not helping I am so disappointed and feel ****** because I paid and they are not delivering and not advising me when to expect delivery. I spend more money listening to their stupid adverts on the call center. I am so annoyed and advise people to not buy from this *****ed online store unless they are ready to be on the call center and listening to adverts for 2 minutes before speaking to a useless consultant that will still not help you.
