Not worth shopping online with Makro.
Ordered some items online, the portal says it's been delivered. I have since sent 4 emails and spent no less than 1 hour on the phone in an attempt to try to sort it out.
There is a record of all correspondence when you finally get through to the operator but that is as far as it goes.
I would not recommend shopping with this lot online, delivery times are really bad and the small savings available are simply not worth it as if and when there is a problem it turns out its near impossible to sort out.

02 Dec 2021, 12:29Still Nothing received, got an email saying it would be delivered yesterday. Buuut.... nothing. This order was ordered 12 Nov and to this day have not received it despite trying nearly everything to trace it.
