Not trustworthy 🤬😡😡😡

I ordered online since I was busy that time thinking that it Wil be convenient for me since I was going to have ceremony that weekend. I noticed that my order will be delivered on the day of the ceremony I called to try to ask them to at least deliver a day before they kept on telling me that someone will call me to arrange delivery. No one called since I called them for 3days . Delivery day was supposed to be 09/11/2024 . I did not receive my parcel no one called to explain why I did not receive my parcel. I’m so disappointed as I thought this is the company I can work with and I thought I can trust it.
