Not supplying export number when requested!

We recently bought a trailer from Makro whereby we informed them we are from Namibia and are going to export it. We were told by our border that we need a export agency and that agency requested us to get the export code which then my husband phoned and asked for it. The lady told my husband that she would go give the code due to people abusing it. That is *******! You cannot abuse an export code, we are responsible for paying tax on it! now because of this lady's unwillingness to help who also told us it is not her problem, we had to pay close to 1000 just to get our trailer in. We still had to pay an additional amount for tax. The extra cost could of been avoided if we had the code. We paid close to 10 000 for the trailer! I am disgusted by their service and will not shop at Makro again! Thank you Makro for showing us that once you buy something it wham bam good riddance!
