Not sticking to price as advertised!

On Saturday 24 October the Bestway 4m x 2m rectangular pool was on special for R2999. This was advertised on radio. I called on Saturday morning at 10am and spoke to Seseko explaining that I was driving from Somerset West to get this pool. He confirmed that he had stock and that he would keep a pool aside for me. I arrived 45min later only to be told the pool was sold out. There had only been 3 in stock, and he's forgot to keep it out for me! He then took my name and promised that he would get stock in this week, he would call me and I would still get the pool at the promotional price of R2999. I heard nothing and called Makro Cape Gate today (30 October). I spoke to Glen. Glen told me there was no stock, and that he couldn't tell me when it would come in. I asked whether he couldn't get one from another branch. He then called me to say that if I DROVE to Montague Gardens Makro, the guy there would give it to me, BUT IT NOW COSTS R3999. I noted that I HAD BEEN TOLD I COULD STILL BUY IT AT THE PROMOTIONAL PRICE OF R2999. Glen then called Montague Gardens again, and informed me the best they could do was R3499. NO!
