Not refunded for missing items on CASE 1BGCQ since 22/08/2025

I ordered groceries and drinks as usual on 22/08/2025 they were delivered with missing items 12 savannahs and 3 other items, since then I have been calling requesting for my refund they keep on telling me they are looking into it. The call center is the worst they even sound like they do not care I am so disappointed with Makro's service as they are not treating their customers fairly and at first they were so convenient. I have tried copying their head office email addresses but still no resolution. I want my refund!! Order No. OD***
