Not receiving the correct amount for refund

Yesterday did numerous orders on makro online for certain item ,all the items were confirmed and estimated delivery date was given .Today early morning I get email all items where cancel not even 5 minute I get emails saying refund is approved the issue I an having is the refund is less the what I paid for all the item .All refund are excluded delivery fees all 5 of my order is not getting delivery fee refunded as for their mistake. It veye unprofessional for such big co-operation not able to give back a proper refund.
