Not receiving my order

MAKRO has to be the worst company to order from ever. I am sooooo frustrated because I ordered 2 air fryers and only received 1 air fryer. The waybill says that the Value EXPRESS only received 1 air fryer from the "supplier" which they call "market place". I have been calling them explaining what is happening and nobody has an answer. I spoke to more than 2 team leaders, and I've been waiting for a call since yesterday.

I was promised that they will call in the morning and the time now is 13:48 and no call was received instead I had to call them again. Spoke to a different agent and a different team leader leaving me with EXPLAINING THE **** OVER AND OVER AGAIN". I WANT MY MONEY!!!!
