Not receiving delivery
Placed a order online 14 days ago. The scheduled delivery time was 3 - 5 business day. The day after the order, I got an email saying it was collected by courier WUMdrop. I did not receive a tracking number and the order has still not been delivered. Been trying to phone the helpline, but just get placed on hold (for over an hour) and tried this multiple times. Tried emailing them, contacting them on social media etc. and also no response. This is totally unacceptable service and will never buy anything online from them again!

Please note that we drove to Makro and managed to find the order in the dispatch area. The manager assisted and we got our order. Still not a pleasant experience, but it was resolved atleast.
