Not receiving all my money back!

I placed an order after 3 weeks I was notified that the order will be canceled and a refund will be made to me. Today i received a email that R180 will be refunded to me, but I paid R230 with delivery fee. Why is not the R230 paid back to me because no delivery was made? Why only the item money of R180. I cant believe that I had to fight for my order only to hear they gonna cancel it and now I must fight for my money. Please Makro!! I cant do this anymore. Its really frustrating, all the money spending on phone calls i could have bought 10 of this items!
