not received my order and have no feedback

I ordered table and chairs 7days ago, when i placed my order i was told we will have delivery in 4 to 5 days, up until now i have not received my order. When i contact the offices i am told they have no update for me, they promise to phone back and they dont. I have to hold 20min before someone actually answers the phone. I regret ordering anything online
