Not pleased at all

I bought a washing machine from Makro, it was delivered on the 7th of September 2022. In the last month or so the washing machine has started to make funny noises when spinning. I've been trying to call makro as I cannot log a return online(as the product is older than 6months) but can't seem to get through. I'm sitting with a machine I cannot use
