Not paying refunds

It's been 2 months that I made a purchase at Makro and they informed me that my order was invalidated and I will be refunded in 7-14 days up to date I haven't been refunded, I call them everyday and the story I get from the rude customer service agents is that the finance department is still escalating and they don't have an eta. Makro is so *********** and really inconveniencing that I had to pay my money but it's hard for them to refund me my money back I actually regret the day I ordered
