Not impressed with Montague Gardens store

What's the point having stores if a customer wants to buy something but ends up walking out of the store because they cannot pay for something.

I was at your Montague Gardens store this morning at 11:30, picked up two items from the shelves, different brands and when I get to the till, the first one scans at the incorrect price, an additional R30 and the the other cannot be scanned and is not on the system, after waiting 15 minutes for someone to assist I had to give up and leave.

So what's the point of having stores if you cannot sell the items you display?
