Not impressed with Makro services

Wouldn’t recommend buy from Makro online, bought online it arrived and booked a return with in one hour after the delivery cause of the item being damaged.

This was the 18th December is now 23rd of December and I am told my return hasn’t been approved yet.

Takealot is a lot more convenient to shop at, Makro this will be my last.
