Not honoring adverts

My wife inquired on 21/08/2017 about a more for less promotion R1599 on the JLB Flip 4 that comes with JBL Bluetooth headphones, the person then informed me that they don't have stock only Germiston branch have. My wifeI then asked them to get get 2 sets from Germiston then, then we can come and collect. Now 23/08/2017 she gets told that the special is no longer on and the JBL Flip 4 alone cost R1899. How can a huge business like this operate in such a manner? It's totaly unacceptable, they should rather stop advertising cause they can't hounor their Adverti*****ts. I must now tell my son, sorry Makro is devious you can't have your Flip 4 cause you don't have enough money.
