Not happy with Makro's online false delivery

I'm disappointed in Makro

I can't believe what just happened. I ordered online on the 2nd February. I tried to get hold of Makro via email informing them regarding the stand still on my order they send me an email to say they quite busy. Now I get a sms to say my order has been delivered to the courier guy and not even a minute after I get a sms to say they my order has been delivered to customer nonsense.
