Not happy with Makro

I am definitely not winning with Makro even after the calls, something seem to be going wrong with the order made with them and now I’m just going to complain. Logged a call with them for 2 items not received. Got a call today from Xolani and I thought the matter has now been resolved as I also received a message that delivery with take place today. Whilst I am waiting for delivery, the courier company calls, they want to “collect” something from me. I tell them there is nothing to collect, I am waiting for delivery as per message and my call logged with the store. I honestly don’t know what else to do to have such a small simple matter resolved. On the other hand, I’m also still waiting for the refund on the items which they said were out of stock

So again, after someone contacted me yesterday, here we are waiting for feedback after the person has promised to call me back after they have resolved when the delivery will take place. I am honestly tired of this. You guys can keep the R165 for the Oros, i am over your lack of service. I might just be 1 client to you and obviously in the bigger scheme of things it does not matter. Right now, my mental state is far much more important that having to fight such a huge retail company for a mere R165. Between you and Wumdrop, you can split those 2 oros into 2 and share. I am done with this complaint from my side. The guy who called me yesterday was quick to mention he will call back as there are system challenges regarding emails, but not even his promise materialised. I am done with Makro
