Not happy

I bought an expensive heater at Makro last year June. it gave me a problem this year July .Seemingly it worked for 3 months cos winter is not long.They told me about guarantee. They fixed it .Again the switch button isn't working its within a month. Seemingly im not enjoying the warmth from my money .Im suffering freezing .The transport taking it back to the shop twice for same problem within a month.
