Not great service

I have had my Makro card for three months now. I only used it once and then paid up the balance. When I went into my app my card was blocked and now I am holding on for hours to get it unblocked. I already send the documents because they said it was ***** prevention and now I am still waiting for it to be unblocked. This is just crazy how am I suppose to trust that this wont happen again
