Not getting what is advertised

I recently purchased a CCTV set from Makro online which was advetised as a 720p DVR with 4x 720p Cameras included, I placed my order and paid online, my order was confirmed as a DVR with 4x 720p cameras. I received my stock a week later by delivery and to my dissapointment when I opened the box there was only 2x 720p cameras in the box. I immediately contacted Makro online via their online enquiry service and about 4 days later a lady gave me a call to inform me that the stock I received is indeed correct that the set does not sell with 4x cameras but only 2 cameras, my reply was that it is their mistake and not min, to what she answered my query would be escalated, with no further feedback. If the set was advertised with only 2x cameras I would not have bought it, the reason I bought it was because it was a good price for a 720p set with 4x cameras. My order was confirmed with 4x cameras in the set and that is what I expect.
