Not getting my refund

I was at Makro Centurion on 06.02.2015 to return goods of R798.00. Since I paid with my credit card, they did not want to give me cash, but promised me an EFT back into my credit card within 48 hours. I phone on 13.02.2015 & they told me the refund was processed & that I have to check with my bank. I contacted my bank & they said that they haven't received anything. Today I phoned again & was told that is was only process YESTERDAY!!! Now I'm told that I had to fill in forms for the EFT. Why did no-one contacted me to fill in the forms?? Why did you managed to process the refund YESTERDAY without the forms??? I want MY money. And I want it today. If not, I want interest on my money since it's been lying in your bank account & you are getting the interest.
