Not fully reimbursed

After my initial review on hellopeter, I immediately received a phonecall and email from Makro. According do Makro, I was fully reimbursed and needed to provide my bank statement, which I did. I have not received any feedback after this, nor have I received my money. It is very evident that Makro only responds to Hellopeter reviews, f the rest. If you don't want to be shamed publicly, then do your job!! I do not want to receive any phonecalls or stupid emails saying I need to rate the service I received from Makro, I want my money!!
