Not delivering Online Order

Online order part of it not delivered after a week. So i ordered on Saturday 28 Oct and then in middle of day i see i have a miss call. So i call back(1min after the call) And driver say he left did not want to wait. So he says he might come back later the day. Now 8 days later and iam getting no response from makro if i phone they say they will look into it. Mailled and no response back on mail. So ya think twice before ordering online
