Not delivering nor refunding me.

The worst online purchase experience. I purchased a sleeper couch weeks ago and I still have not recieved my order. When I enquire I am told to wait 24 hours for a response, but no one ever contacts me. I have asked for a refund but still nothing. Its close to a month now Makro is such a disappointment.
