NOT DELIVERING AS PROMISED

On Saturday we bought a Defy washing machine from Makro Wonderboom and paid R250 for delivery to Waverley

We just received a call that they are not able to deliver today.

We are not available tomorrow or Wednesday, as my brother had brain surgery and tomorrow we see the neurosurgeon and Wednesday his radiation starts

The previous time, around the end of September the same happened Then we bought 2x fridge/freezers as well as a washing machine and a dishwasher.

After complaints to the manager, it was eventually delivered the same day.
