Not again with makro😭😭😭

Hello. I made an order in the early hours of the morning on your app, money was taken out of my account but on the app it said to try again with payment and it shows order still awaiting payment. Made another order at around 7 with the same products and the same thing happened. Can I be associated please and can I have the order ending 959 cancelled please
