NOT ADHERING TO ARRANGED DEBIT ORDER

On the 11th of March 2015 i arranged with a Makro accounts consultant to do a debit order on my account.<br> The reason for this was so that i dont need to make cash payments each month.(Thought that is the main reason for setting up a DEBIT ORDER)<br> <br> This was never adhered to as no Debit order went off from my account to date and I had call them and ask why it never went off! A consultant could not give me an answer on this POOR service.<br> <br> Pathetic! My ITC will be showing that I am a slow payer due to their ''SORRY BUT I CANT GIVE AN ANSWER TO WHY IT DID NOT GO OFF''!
