Not a pleasant shopping experience

Been shopping here for more than a year and spend -R6000 per month. The meat area always stinks. Many items that we normally buy at Makro are out of stock. The staff are for ever packing shelves and block the isles. Most of the staff are rude, bombastic and think they are doing us a favour even the packers. The cashiers are normally helpful. The kiosk often have one cashier only and ring up trolley loads of goods. Once waited an hour to see what would happen after complaining to a manager. Did not even open the second check out. The last 3 months my wife refused to buy meat from this store. In December we bought a 4.5m pool after your assistant had a full on argument with my wife about the price. Before this we used to buy at Silverlakes at very little inconvenience. We live in Petronella so this store is the closest. Will go back to Silverlakes until assurance is given that this store is up to standard. Will also post on social media. No feedback from an direct email or social media..
