Not a Makro warranty

We purchased a Ryobi lawnmower in Dec. It stopped working in January. Took it back today to be told it's a Ryobi warranty and not a makro warranty. By all the Ryobi machines I have seen returned; I believe it has become a Makro problem. I now have to wait for 6 weeks for an assessment; because it was not returned within 2 weeks. So no, not happy. Makro needs to sort this out with Ryobi and I do not see why I as the customer needs to be inconvenienced by a poor product.

Good Day Christel

Thank you for your feedback.

I'm sorry you had to endure this type of service from us. I can assure you that this is certainly now what we want happening to any of our customers when returning a product that is no longer working the way it’s supposed to.

We at Makro  strive to make sure that all customers are updated on the progress of their query and the fact that you haven’t received feedback yet does not fit in bettering our customer experience.

We will address this with the relevant parties at store to ensure that this matter is resolved.

I will contact you shortly.

Kind regards,
Athena
