Not a happy customer

Bought a Hoover vacuum cleaner at the Vanderbijlpark store November22. Found a crack in the head of the machine in Kanuary 2023. Took it back to be repaired as it is still under garuantee. After a couple of days the vscuum cleaner was returned and i was made to believe it was repaired. After getting home i unwrapped the vacuum cleaner only to find the tear was never repaired. Called the repair centre and was asked to bring it back in for another assesment. Was informed today that they will not repair it as it was damaged by me the customer. What i would like to know is how do i make a tear in the inside body of the vacuum cleaners head. I think it is only a way to walk away from their responsibility to give good customer service. Will never support them again with this kind of product
