not a happy customer

I ordered and paid for a 120 gig ssd drive . I was given the choice to cancel or wait for stock. So i canceled and asked for a refund not a store credit. This was on the 22 of September 2020 on the 25th they said no stock. there is no responce at all from customer care and it is now the 29th
