Norman Dilley has restored my faith in Makro

After an unpleasant online shopping experience and many phone calls to Makro trying to get the correct goods sent to me, Norman Dilley stepped in and went above and beyond the call of duty to get my items to me.

I am not sure what the issues and delays were with their couriers but he personally came ON A SATURDAY, collected the incorrect goods and brought me the items that I ordered and have been waiting weeks for. I really wish he could have been the first person I spoke to because this matter would have been resolved weeks ago.
