Nonsense Hisense double door fridge

Bought a Hisense double door fridge at Makro Nelspruit, the freezer does not freeze at all as well as the fridge, informed Makro about this issue, it was repaired once worked for a week and broke down again with same issue, reported the issue again no assistance at all. **** services, please do not buy the Hisense double door fridge!!!
