NONE of the specials were on special + extra items scanned, *******!

My wife and I went to Makro Meadowdale at 5pm 21st November, given there were "Black Friday" specials. Well - there was an entire pallet of Yum Yum peanut butter on special for R59.99 - at the till R94.95. Turns out they put the "red" tubs out by mistake instead of a similar item. They refused to honour the price advertised in their store. There was a 4 for R60 special on Bing Korn Bites; not only did they not honour the special, they scanned 6 items! Also 3 for R90 on Husky dog food - guess what, scanned as normal price. This despite a cashier, assistant and supervisor at the till. To add insult to injury; while the items were scanned, order cancelled (after picking up on the Yum Yum error + supervisor admitted the cashier scanned 8x items instead of individually) and rescanned, with a woman from Bheka Security watching, she STILL analysed all our shopping and clearly can't count either. I am absolutely horrified and do NOT want to return to these merchants, I have lost all confidence in Makro.
