None delivery of online order

I placed an online order with Marko on 22 December 2018. I have to date, not taken delivery of the items. I have inquired umpteen times. My last email was sent to Tshuxekani Chauke on 11 February 2019 and I have not received any response.

Please can I ask that you get someone to address this issue.
